The A/C Line System is designed around the Gen 3 or Gen 4 5.7 HEMI A/C compressor and retains the stock TJ 4.0 Evaporator, stock TJ Condenser, stock TJ 4.0 Accumulator and stock TJ Liquid Line.

If you have a 1997-1999 TJ, either I4 or I6, you will need the A/C line kit for that era.

We need to know what engine you are using in your swap. Gen 3 truck engines have the AC compressor on top. Gen 4 and Gen 3 Grand Cherokee/Charger engines have the AC compressor on the bottom drivers side.

The A/C Kit contains New Custom built AC Lines needed for the Hemi TJ conversion.
Also included in the kit are the necessary Adapters to attach the new lines to the stock components and a New Accumulator Mounting Bracket-to mount the Accumulator in the right spot to clear the radiator, heater hoses, AC lines and overflow bottle.
The best part, our system installs in about 30 minutes, start to finish.
Standard Kit includes the following coponents specific to the GEN 3 or GEN 4 HEMI install.
[1] A/C Line-Evaporator to the Accumulator,
[1] A/C Line- Accumulator to the Compressor
[1] A/C Line- Discharge Line from the Compressor to the Condenser with High Pressure Switch Port and 134r Port.
[5] Adapter Fittings
